We work with organisations to design and deliver programmes of transformation using technology. We set organisations on the road to success by building and leading their delivery team and supply chain, leaving them in the strongest possible position.
PROJECTS
The engagements we undertake are diverse and invariably complex. Our work includes: strategy work for clients looking to set their strategic technology direction; delivery work supporting clients implementing their strategy and; targeted advisory and review work. We also undertake interim roles in organisations at senior levels.
CLIENTS
We have deep experience of working with health care organisations, many of the major government departments and regulators, local authorities, and the voluntary sector. We also bring experience of financial services, manufacturing and energy sectors, and have worked extensively in the UK, mainland Europe and the Middle East.
ABOUT US
We are a Manchester based husband and wife team who have a wealth of experience, built across our combined careers in the public and private sectors.
We set up Schuss Consulting as a vehicle for allowing us to bring our skills to a wider range of clients as we pursue our portfolio careers.
We are particularly keen to help organisations in the voluntary sector as our other commitments allow, and would be delighted to hear from organisations in the North West in particular that feel they might benefit from our skills and experience.
